Jerk Chicken Skewers
Plump chicken skewers, marinated in jerk seasoning, and served with a side of Jamaican dipping sauce. ($7.50)
O Rings
Bo’s famous colossal sweet onion rings. Hand dipped in our homemade batter and cooked to golden perfection. ($7.50)
Calamari
Made to order and dusted in our own seasoned corn flour. Fried tender and served with a variety of dipping sauces. ($8)
Steamed Shrimp
Tender steamed peel-and-eat shrimp seasoned with Bo Brooks original spices. Served with onions upon request. 1⁄2 pound $10. Full

Twelve clams steamed in a garlic white wine sauce. ($8)

Surf & Turf
An 8oz filet accompanied by your choice of surf. For the Marylander, our famous crabcake. ($30) For the northerner at heart, a broiled
lobster tail. ($40) Or try something you will never forget, the Mason – Dixon combo, including both a crabcake and lobster tail. ($45)
Bopinno
Cipinno, Bo Brooks style. Whitewater mussels and tender little neck clams simmered in a saffron-infused tomato sauce accompanied by
jumbo shrimp and diver scallops. Served with yellow jasmine rice. ($24)
Vegetarian Lasagna
Homemade Italian Lasagna layered with Squash, Zucchini, Onions, Eggplant, and Sun-dried tomatoes with a zesty pesto sauce. ($17.50)
Salmon
Fresh salmon cooked to perfection. You can have it grilled or broiled. Served with Chef’s choice of vegetables and redskin potatoes. ($26)
Mahi-Mahi
Hawaiian big fish, grilled and served with a shrimp creole sauce.

Jumbo shrimp sautéed in our white wine garlic butter sauce served over linguine. ($22.50)
Alfredo Pasta

Crab Fluff
Our classic backfin crab cake dipped in our homemade batter & deep fried until golden. ($14)
