Paracetamol (acetaminophen), C8H9NO2, is produced via an elementary reaction at 310 K as

follows:

The management plan to upscale the production by using continuous reactor. Since the reaction
is highly exothermic, it is proposed that the process is to be done CSTR. The reaction mixture
is continuously stirred at a fixed rpm. The reactor is fitted with a cooling coil (with overall heat
transfer coefficient of UC and heat transfer area of AC) and using chilled water (assuming
temperature inside coil is same as temperature exiting the coil) to remove the exothermic heat
of reaction. The product stream flowrate is in function of liquid height in the reactor as
𝐹𝑜𝑢𝑡𝑙𝑒𝑡 = 𝛼√ℎ, with α is a constant. Develop models to evaluate the process over time by
clearly specifying the objective(s) and assumptions
