Executive summary

This report is based on the Innovation Audit of Emirates and consists of the methods and
procedure which help organization to bring innovation within the organization to increase its
efficiency and effectiveness. In this report, we discussed the sources to collects and what are
the approaches to collect data. Emirates could either go for the quantitative data collection
technique or qualitative data collection techniques. With that, there are various sources to
collect information, and we discussed these sources in details in this report. Emirates use
innovation plan in this report, which helps it to strategically prepare for bring innovation into
the company with suitable culture which encourage innovation within the organization. This
report also discuss the importance of having knowledge about the operation and processes of
organization to bring innovation within the organization and analyze it asses innovational
capabilities and blockages. This report also helps Emirates to bring suitable innovation into
the operations of the organization. This report is based on Emirates past present and future
capabilities also provide plans that how Emirates can more innovates its operations. There are
many drivers of innovation that Emirates can use and also different methodologies kept in
focus by the Emirates. It discuss in detail that what is the innovation history of Emirates,
what drivers they were implementing when they introduce new change within the
organization. How they overcome or compete with the challenges that they are facing. This
report also illustrates the method, which Emirates can use to collect data and information, and
it consists of primary use and secondary. Primary data is first hand information, which is
exclusively gathered by the organization or company for specific purpose, it could be
gathered from focus group discussion, surveys, observation and through experimental
research. This information is wholly and solely gathered by the company to identify some
areas where improvements are required. While on the other hand is secondary data, which is
based on quantitative data collection method and in this technique we collect data, that is
already existed and we use this data in our research because it cover some attributes of our
research. At the end of this report, there are future recommendations which Emirates can take
into its account and can work on it to bring future innovation into its operation. The report
also identifies how Emirates can conduct innovation audit for the new products.
