She talking about the reasons why she chose to believe in giving birth in a midwife.

3. What is the purpose of her speaking?

Provide input or suggestions, so that listeners can more easily choose which service is
good for listener, choose the midwife or OB.

4. What is being compared by the speaker?

She’s compared about OB and midwives. In the service at OB, patients will be told to
wait between 40 minutes to one hour. If your appointment is at 11:00, you can expect any
time between 11:30 and 12:00. In the very good OB business, they will check blood
pressure and examine the patient's stomach. Not much time to ask questions or discuss the
fears that patients have. When in OB, the nurse or OB does not care about birth plans.

Yes, in my opinion a birth plan is very necessary. this makes it easier for a person to give
birth later, giving the patient a sense of security that she can deliver healthy and safely.

6. Tell what are the misunderstanding about midwives according to the speaker?
 In my opinion, there is no misunderstanding in the vide. From what I listened to, the gril
said correctly about service in midwifery, or maybe there was something I missed
because honestly I was terrible at listening. The girl revealed that it was better to do
service at the midwife than at the OB, maybe it was true. She said that midwives would
listen to client complaints, she would give advice and invite clients to discuss in finding
solutions and birth plan by coming to the midwife is the right decision, because it is also
the profession of the midwife in serving women, pregnant women, baby, children and the
others concerned.

7. Tell what are the truth about midwives according to the speaker?
From what I hear from what the girl talkd about in my opinion is correct. Service in
midwifery is very good. If they have made an appointment, the midwife will not let the
client wait for long, they will listen to client’s complaints and invite her to discuss birth
plans. At birth the midwife will arrange the position ehre the client will feel comfortable,
and told to push because it is good in removing the baby. The midwife will give the client
to make a decision whether she will return or not, because maybe the client will progress
and will be checked back to the midwife. In the midwife service as well, she will facilitate
the client by not making the client have to stay in the hospital after giving birth but the
midwife will approach the client to his house to perform servants again.
