B. STANDARD COMPETENCE

Expressing the meaning in a short functional text and monolog in a simple recount, narrative, and

procedure form in daily life context.

C. BASIC COMPETENCE

Expressing the meaning in a simple monolog text by using variety of spken languages accurately,

fluency, and acceptably in many daily life context in a: recount, narrative, and procedure text.

D. INDICATOR

 Use the present tense in performing the imperatives.

 Using Imperative sentences in making a recipe or direction/ instruction.

E. OBJECTIVE

At the end of the lesson the students are expected to be able to understand know the meaning, the

using and how to make an imperative. Then finally students can make the imperative sentences by

their own knowledge.

# Imperative sentences are used to give command or to make a request.

@ Command we have: ‘Stand up’.

# Imperative sentences can be used in negative form.
