Sundays are holidays for Nannies.

One time meal is from the customer’s end.
INR 500 - 1,000 additional, if customer location is > 500mt from nearest bus stop
INR 1,000 extra for night shifts.(Per Month)
INR 2,000 extra for mother massages (Per Month)
Salary Negotiation with candidate is not permitted.

INFANT- BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES

A baby care person who can look after a baby in a modern way or in the way today’s
paediatricians suggest:

§ Sterilization of baby’s belongings

§ Bathing
§ Massaging
§ Burping
§ Make baby sleep
§ Feeding (bottles or spoon-feeding)
§ Keep baby’s room clean
§ Washing and ironing baby’s clothes
§ Giving baby regular medicines
§ Taking the baby outside.
§ Should understand the preliminary health problems of the baby and will be knowledgeable
enough to take adequate care of the baby.

TODDLER- BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES

 Supervise and monitor the safety of children under their care
 Prepare meals and organize mealtimes and snacks for children
 Help children maintain good hygiene
 Change the diapers for toddlers
 Organize activities or implement a curriculum that allows children to learn about the
world and explore interests. Keep records of the child’s progress, routines, and interest
 Childcare workers introduce babies and toddlers to basic concepts, such as manners, by
reading to them and playing with them. For example, they teach young children how to
share and take turns by playing games with other children
 A nanny/child-minder/ child care provider/or mother's helper is an individual who
provides care for one or more children in a family as a service
 Childcare workers often help preschool-age children prepare for kindergarten. Young
children learn from playing, solving problems, questioning, and experimenting. Childcare
workers use play and other instructional techniques to help children’s development. For
example, they use storytelling and rhyming games to teach language and vocabulary.

LIVE IN NANNY/ BABYSITTER

 "live in" nanny is a necessity for nuclear families in today's lifestyle. The nanny is
expected to nurture your little ones from top to toe at customer residences. This includes
anything from children's laundry, tidying the children's rooms, routine responsibilities of
baby care(infant/Toddler), preparing children's meals, as well as taking children to and
from school and get involved in other activities. A life in nanny stays at customer
premises to support baby care unless their employment contract states otherwise.
Sufficient rest time to be provided to the caretaker to be effective throughout the day.
