EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Many people in Nakuru County have been struggling to find affordable quality
childcare, Horizon childcare is home based and child enrichment service provider
focus on creating quality services and love for children. We offer after school
hours or options for late night services. Horizon is a sole proprietorship type of
business owned and operated by Caren Jeptoo.
Due to research and analysis children are raised by parents who both work also,
because of the rise of inhuman nature of house girls.
Our key main strategy is to be an active member of daycare services to provide for
the people of Nakuru town this will be achieved through posters, direct mail and
even Ushindi local radio channel .it will be located opposite the KFC near Total
filling station.
We will open the business on January 2022 starting with the initial enrollment of
20 students. We will offer best services in order for the growth of the business, we
will expect to double our performance at the year 2023.Our biggest weakness is
compensation of the qualified personnel in terms of accommodation.
I will need around 800000 for the start up.

Our business mission is to provide spiritually and morally upright students all
round, by providing best care for infants, toddlers, preschool and school age
children. Children will be guided emotionally and physical development at a
younger age.

Objectives

We will have well developed building plan to ensure the comfortability of the

The history of childcare through mothers who don’t have qualities of mothers
