    1. Reference: Laboratory Result of PSSg Elajah R Ortega and PCpl Percival


    B Montenegro.

    2. This pertains to the hospitalization of two PNP personnel, both assigned


    with Supply/Finance Branch who were confined at Saint Pauls Hospital, Tacloban
    City last February 2, 2021 after manifesting COVID-19 symptoms. Both of them are
    Positive for SARS-COV 2, a causative agent of COVID-19 through Real-time
    Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) Examination conducted by the Eastern
    Visayas Regional COVID-19 Testing Center (EVRCTC) last February 1, 2021.

    3. As such, they are knocking from your benevolent heart for any amount of
    help. Attached herewith are Laboratory Test Report for your reference.
