    NOTICE OF TERMINATION FOR PROBATIONARY EMPLOYEE

    This is to inform you that the company opted to terminate your employment contract effective 31 August 2019.

    After careful assessment of your performance since you were hired; the knowledge, skills and expertise you have did not meet
    the criteria required by the management and its projects, thus the termination of this contract. This is despite the discussion
    made on what facets you should work on and improve.

    Kindly turnover all responsibilities and accountabilities to the HR department the soonest as we will be processing your
    clearance.

    Rest assured that your clearance will be processed alongside with your Certificate of Employment and this shall be treated with
    utmost confidentiality.
