A. Definitions of Table Manner

Different cultures observe different rules for table manners. Each family or group sets its own standards
for how strictly these rules are to be enforced.

2. Soup : Mushroom Cream Soup ( white mushroom cooper with broth and thick cream served with
bread )

3. Maincourse : Tenderloin steak with black papper sauce ( Grilled tenderloin meat with selected herb
served with vegetables, mashed potato and black papper sauce )
4. Dessert : Double cocolate cake ( two layer chocolate cake combined with sweet sauce )

Is one of department in hotel which is responsible to manage about cleanliness, nearliness, beauty of
the room and other public area. Goal Housekeeping department is to make everyone who stay in the
hotel feel comfort and satisfy about cleanliness, nearliness, beauty of the room and other public area
and also with the excellent service.

How to make hotel room

Step 10 : refil mini bar if available

Step 11 : vacum the floor from forward to backward

Step 12 : spray air fresh

Step 13 : mop the floor if necesary

Step 14 : Double check and make sure nothing left behind

Step 15 : turn of the lamp and close the room
