4. Refer to the class schedule to guide you on your required tasks to accomplish.
5. Observe HONESTY at all times by answering first the activity/assessment before referring to the answer key. You
may use separate clean papers for your answer (if Answer Sheets are not provided) and other required outputs.
6. Call the teacher or send a message to the teacher for any questions/concern with the assistance of your
parent/guardian as necessary. The contact number of your teacher is indicated in the Weekly Home Learning Plan.
7. During the last day of the week, be sure to answer the following: Post Assessment and the Learner's Feedback
Form.
8. Help your parent in repacking the accomplished modules with the answer sheets and all the contents of the learning
package based on the list at the end of the week.

3. With your child/ward, compare the items received with the list of the learning package provided. Assist your child in
accomplishing the printed module.
4. Together with your child/ward, read and understand the learning task for the week as indicated in the learning plan.
Ensure that your child answers first the activity/assessment before referring to the answer key.
5. Guide your child in accomplishing the printed module. Assist your child in answering the post assessment. If your
child gets lower than 80%, help the child go back to the specific activity where he/she got wrong answers and go
over the exercises/activities.
6. Assist your child in accomplishing the activities but let your child answer independently.
7. Instill honesty to your child/ward by ensuring that he/she answers first the activity/assessment before referring to
the answer key.
8. Call the teacher or send a message to the teacher for any questions/concerns.
9. Assist your child in answering the post assessment. If your child gets lower than 80%, help the child go back to the
specific activity where he/she got wrong answers and go over the exercises/activities.
