Draw a spot map of your community based on the following specifications:

A. Name of the Barangay: Barangay Dela Paz

B. Boundaries : East, North, West, South

C. Estimated population: According to PhilAtlas the estimated population as determined by

the 2015 Census was 31,374 and represents 9.42% of the total population of Bi ñan

D. Draw the important places or landmarks as they are situated in relation to their proximity
to your house of residents. Example: barangay hall, basketball court, daycare center, health
center, sari-sari store, church, school.

E. Analyze/discuss how the location of the houses and proximity to each other affect the
health and sense of well being on the people in the community.

The location of the houses and its proximity to each other does not affect the health
and sense of well being of the community. Because the distance between each house are
not that close, and it does not appear as a contiguous housing where each house is
touching along a boundary and the are also does not appear congested. And most houses
in our community are concrete and not made from makeshifts. The health and well-being
essentials establishment are easily accessible. For example, the barangay hall, health
center and the school are all near together. And in our barangay, we have two schools;
Dela Paz Elementary School Main and West. Then for religion our community have one
church, two chapels, one Iglesia Ni Cristo Church, one Mosque, one Evangelical Church
and one Adventist Church. For the physiological needs of the community like food, our
barangay has two convenience stores and, in every subdivision, there are a lot of small sari-
sari store and eatery. Our barangay can accommodate most needs of its people but there
are also some problems. For example, when there is a strong typhoon, our barangay will be
severely affected by he floods.

F. Formulate a community health plan using the data you have gathered from your
community.
