ENGLISH CORNER

(Using uncommon words in a sentence) &(Daily Trivia)

I. Expected Outcomes

The students will be able to:

• Expand their general knowledge and vocabulary.

• Challenge themselves through spectacular questions related to English.

• Use targeted grammatical structures meaningfully and appropriately in oral

and written production.

II. Guidelines and Mechanics

1. Words and Questions will be announced by the English teachers before they
start their class (Monday, Wednesday, Friday).

2. Students will write their sentence/s on a sticky note. A sticky note costs 2.00
Php.

3. Their sentence/s will be posted on the designed English Corner in their

classroom/s.

4. Students who posted their sentence/s will be check by their English teachers
after the class and will be given plus points.

5. Students need to put their answers in a 1/8 sheet of paper, each will cost 2.00
Php, that will be given by the English Teachers. There are no limits on how many
entries a student can drop in one day.

6. English teachers need to provide themselves improvised ballots where the

students will be dropping their answers.

7. Balloting will be held every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday afternoon.

Winners will be announced on Tuesday, Thursday, and Monday after the Flag
Ceremony.
8. Winners will be given school supplies as a prize.
