Solution for DSC error "Failed to establish connection to the server. Kindly restart the Emsigner." while filing GSTR. Follow the steps to solve: 1. Install
latest Java and Emsigner.

2. Quit the Emsigner from system tray icon.

3. CMD (as admin) netsh interface portproxy add v4tov4 listenport=1645 listenaddress=127.0.0.1 connectport=1585 connectaddress=127.0.0.1

4. Open Chrome - settings - advanced - content settings - javascripttttttt - under allow tab click "add" on right side - and add this address-
https://127.0.0.1:1585 and also https://120.0.0.1:1585

5. Run Chrome and open link https://127.0.0.1:1585 on advanced link click proceed
6. Run emsigner as administrator.

7. Hurray! Now you can sign your GSTR using DSC.

Hello,

Can anyone please share the installer file via google drive? When I tried to download the installer from the GST portal (Register / update DSC), it
shows "File not Found". I have been trying to update my DSC but failing to do so due to this.

Thanks in anticipation!.
