RE: PETITION FOR ADOPTION

To Ms. Scott:

Hereunder are the professional fees and conditions for the abovementioned case:

1. A fee of ONE HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 160,000.00) as

acceptance fee for being the legal representative or legal counsel in the
said case;

2. Appeals, petitions and special civil actions filed with the Court of Appeals
and the Supreme Court shall be the subject of a separate agreement;

3. Hearings and other occasions requiring the personal attendance of counsel

will be charged as appearance fee of TWO THOUSAND PESOS (Php
2,000.00) for each occurrence. Provided that the said appearance must only
be related to the abovementioned case and within Tarlac Province.
Provided further that hearing date has been reset, the same will be
considered as appearance of the counsel and be subjected to fees;

4. Out-of-pocket expenses such as postage, filing fees, bond and similar

expenses shall be for your account;
