JOINT AFFIDAVIT

WE, MEREJIEN P. BORAL and VICTORIA F. GALO, both of legal ages,

Filipinos and residents of Victoria, Tarlac after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and say:

1. That we personally knew MAYFLOR F. BARCENA;

2. That based on personal knowledge, MAYFLOR F. BARCENA suffered

a miscarriage in the year 2011 pertaining to her third child;

3. That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the

foregoing statements and inform the proper authority concerned and
for whatever legal purpose this affidavit may duly serve.
