SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

WE, HELEN BARLAAN GABRIEL, of legal age, Filipino, married and

resident of Barangay Sta. Barbara, Victoria, Tarlac; HERMINIGILDA
BARLAAN ANTONIO, of legal age, Filipino, married and resident of Barangay
Sta. Barbara, Victoria, Tarlac; CESAR DANCEL BARLAAN, of legal age,
Filipino, married and resident of Barangay Sta. Barbara, Victoria, Tarlac; do
hereby name, constitute and THELMA ALFONSO RONQUILLO, of legal age,
Filipino, married and resident of Tubao, La Union to be my true and lawful
attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the
following acts and things, namely:

1. To process, transact and deal with Bureau of Internal Revenue-Tarlac

Branch regarding the payment of Capital Gains Tax and other taxes
pertaining to the Extra-Judicial Succession/Settlement with Deed of
Absolute Sale;
2. To apply and get our TIN numbers as well as the TIN number of our
deceased relative, URBANO DANCEL;
3. To process, transact and deal with Registry of Deeds and other
government agencies pertaining to the transfer of title;
4. To make, sign, execute and deliver documents, instruments and other
writings or papers of whatever nature, kind and description, relative
to the accomplishment of the foregoing acts and deeds;
5. To delegate in whole or in part any and all of the powers and
authorities herein conferred by means of an instrument in writing in
favor of any third person or persons whom my said attorney-in-fact
may select.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform any and every act and thing whatsoever requisite, necessary
or proper to be done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I
might or could do if physically present and acting in person, with full power of
substitution and revocation; and HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my
said attorney-in-fact or their substitutes shall lawfully do or cause to be done under and
by virtue of these presents.
