SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, LORNA SARMIENTO, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Victoria, Tarlac, do hereby name,
constitute and appoint, MIRAFLOR M. NUNAG, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Victoria,
Tarlac, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and
perform the following acts and things, namely:

1. To get and receive the Death Certificates of my deceased relative, ELENA DE

JESUS GADIANO who died on Nov. 24, 1990 and SOTERO MONTE GADIANO who
died on Nov. 25, 1994;
2. To make, sign, execute and deliver documents, instruments and other writings or
papers of whatever nature, kind and description, relative to the accomplishment of
the foregoing acts and deeds;
3. To delegate in whole or in part any and all of the powers and authorities herein
conferred by means of an instrument in writing in favor of any third person or
persons whom my said attorney-in-fact may select.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to
do and perform any and every act and thing whatsoever requisite, necessary or proper to be done in
and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if physically present
and acting in person, with full power of substitution and revocation; and HEREBY RATIFYING AND
CONFIRMING all that my said attorney-in-fact or their substitutes shall lawfully do or cause to be
done under and by virtue of these presents.
