Subject: Termite Proofing Works at Your Site NUST Faculty Staff Apartments (Blocks)

Dear Sir,
With reference to your query regarding termite proofing works at your site faculty staff apartment
block I (5697 sft) and block II ( 5697 sft); we are quoting termite proofing charges and procedure
as below

Facilities and Procedures

1. Drilling Process will be carried

2. After drilling , injecting of medicine with high pressure pumps so that it would be disintegrated
deep down soil

3. Filling of holes with matching tile colors or white cement

4. Fipronil group medicine (Termikil ®) Germany will be used having high efficacy and odorless

5. Mixing ratio of medicine will be one litter into 150 liters of water

6. 250 ppm pressure machine will handle such amount of diluted medicine which would have
capacity of inserting 250 liters of medicine inside the soil

7. We will create three barriers of termite proofing two barriers at out side the buildings and one
barrier inside the building at ground floor

8. Local treatment at each floor of the building will be done using injection disintegrating the
medicine through the termite network

9. In max three to four days we will complete the said task

Medicine Used

Termikil 25 % EC (German formulation) around 20 liters will be used

Warranty

Written warranty will be provided around 15 years

Warranty letter will be issued after completion of work

The charges for termite proofing for one block including medicine labor and transportation will
be @Rs. 60,000/- only covereing area of 5697 sft approx. 10.5 per sft

Total charges for two blocks will be@ Rs (60,000+ 60,000) = @ Rs.120,000/- only
