Subject: Termite Proofing works at your site

Dear Sir,

With reference to your query regarding termite proofing works at your site, the estimated area is
around 4800sft.We are quoting termite proofing charges and procedure as below

Facilities and Procedures

1. Drilling Process will be carried out

2. After drilling , injecting of medicine with high pressure pumps so that it would be disintegrated
deep down soil
3. Filling of holes with matching.
4. Fipronil group medicine will be used having high efficacy and odorless
5. The drilling process will be carried out from the start boundary of the house; the covered area is
around 4800 sft
6. Local treatment will also be carried out to all effected wooden structure.
7. All plantations and attached soil will also be treated.

Warranty

Written warranty will be provided around 10 years (First 5 years will be free consolation, next five years
labor and transportation charges)
Charges for termite proofing will be
The charges for termite proofing will be just @ Rs. 17 / sft- only including medicine labor and
transportation
Total charges including GST and other taxes
Charges will be 17 x (4800) = @ Rs.81,600/-
Total charges will be @Rs.81,600/- only
