Subject: - Termite Proofing Works at Your Site House No. 68 Sunset

With reference to our visit and your query regarding termite proofing works at your site House No. 68
Sunset Avenue Bahria Phase 1; we are quoting termite proofing charges and procedure as below

Facilities and Procedures

1. Drilling Process will be carried out and flooding of medicine at excavated area in basement of
house

2. After drilling , injecting of medicine with high pressure pumps so that it would be disintegrated
deep down soil

3. Fipronil group medicine ( Termokil ® and Fiprostar ®) Germany will be used having high
efficacy and odorless

4. Mixing ratio of medicine will be one litter into 15 liters of water , which will cover area around
900 sft (one litter of medicine)

5. 250 ppm pressure machine will handle such amount of diluted medicine which would have
capacity of inserting 50 liters of medicine inside the soil

6. We will create two barriers of termite proofing one barrier at basement area of the house and
other barrier will be at boundary wall areas

7. Local treatment on wooden fixtures (soft fixtures) at each floor of the house will be carried out
using injection method

8. Anti Termite Spray treatment will be done using injection method to the closets and cupboards
and all wooden areas when they will be installed
 9. In max two to three hours we will complete the said task

Termokil 25 % EC (German formulation)

Fiprostar 45 % SC (German formulation)

Warranty

Written warranty will be provided around 10 years

Warranty letter will be issued after completion of work

Charges for termite proofing will be

The charges for termite proofing for all phases (drilling process and wooden fixtures) including
medicine labor and transportation will be @Rs. 55,000/- only covering area of 3500 sft
approx.@Rs. 16 per sft
Total charges will be = @ Rs.55,000/- only
