1)Different between majority and minority charge

Majority charge carrier

The charge carriers that are present in large quantity are called majority charge carriers. The
majority charge carriers carry most of the electric charge or electric current in
the semiconductor. Hence, majority charge carriers are mainly responsible for electric current
flow in the semiconductor.

Majority charge carrier

The charge carriers that are present in small quantity are called minority charge carriers. The
minority charge carriers carry very small amount of electric charge or electric current in the
semiconductor.

2 )working principle of diode

to control the direction of current-flow. Current passing through a diode can only go in one
direction, called the forward direction. Current trying to flow the reverse direction is blocked.
They're like the one-way valve of electronics.

3) three different region in transistors

Active region

This region lies between saturation and cutoff. The transistor operates in active region when
the emitter junction is forward biased and collector junction is reverse biased. In the active
state, collector current is β times the base current,

Cutoff region

This is the region in which transistor tends to behave as an open switch. The transistor has
the effect of its collector and base being opened. The collector, emitter and base currents are
all zero in this mode of operation.

Saturation region

This is the region in which transistor tends to behave as a closed switch. The transistor has
the effect of its collector and Emitter being shorted. The collector and Emitter currents are
maximum in this mode of operation.
4) electronic important in the world
Electronics is widely used in information processing, telecommunication, and signal
processing. The ability of electronic devices to act as switches makes digital information-
processing possible.
