JOINT AFFIDAVIT HEIRSHIP

We, HIPOLITO L. ABLEN and PENNY BOY FRANCISCO L. ABLEN JR. , both
of legal age, Filipinos, both married and a resident of Barangay Lake Danao, Ormoc City, Leyte,
Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law do hereby depose and say;

1. That we are the only children of the late FRANCISCO P. ABLEN SR. who died on
the year 1982 being the sole heir of the late FLORO ABLEN;

2. That the said FLORO ABLEN is the registered owner of a certain parcel of land
covered by Tax Dec. No. 30314 marked as Project 10-H, Block 11 within Lot No.
10851-part located in Inawasan, Lake Danao, Ormoc City, Leyte, Philippines with a
total area of 7 hectares more or less;

3. That evidence of our legal relation of the said deceased person, hereto attached
photocopies of our Certificate of Live Birth and other relevant documents ready for
references;

4. That we are executing this affidavit in good faith to attest the veracity of the
foregoing facts that there are no other heirs except for the above-named heirs of the
said deceased persons and for whatever legal purpose this serves best.
