SERVICE AGREEMENT

Hershey Sabino (also known as “Contractor”) will provide Brettonwoods Veterinary Clinic (also known as “Client”) with
Bookkeeping Job as to the specifications detailed in the Terms and Conditions below.

Contract in effect upon signing of this agreement.

Terms and Conditions

The following rates and terms apply:

1. Client will send all receipt of expenses and income to Hershey Sabino.
2. Freelancer will make gmail account for Brettonwoods for compilation of files and notification for BIR.
3. Contractor will provide hard copy of filed taxes and submit it to the client every year.
4. Contractor will give access of gmail account to the client.
5. If the client failure to send all necessary documents needed to do scope of work, service fee will not be waived.
6. Contractor are obliged to issue BIR registered receipt to the client.
7. Failure to do scope of work or not meet deliverable, client has the right not to pay the contractor.

Scope of Work
• Filling of BIR taxes as stated on the table above.
• Recording of expenses and income using journal, ledger for books of accounts.
• Renewing of BIR certificate of registration every year.

Changes and Revisions

The price at the beginning of this contract is based on the time investment I estimate is needed to accomplish everything you’ve told
me you want to achieve with my scope of work but I’m happy to be flexible. If you want to change our arrangement or add anything
new, I’ll provide a separate estimate for that.

Legal
I can’t guarantee that my work will be completely error-free and so I can’t be liable to you or any third-party for damages, including
lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages, even if you’ve advised me of them. If any provision of
this contract shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this contract
and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Copyright
Brettonwoods will own the copyright for all material created under this agreement, and Hershey Sabino can showcase sample works
from this project as portfolio pieces only with consent and approval from client.

Payment
Brettonwood will pay Php 5,500 every end month via online banking, cash and PayPal (credit card) or other electronic payment
processor as agreed to by both parties.
Freelancer will issue BIR registered receipt to Brettonwoods.

Termination
This agreement may be terminated with 5 days written notice by either party.
