Job summary
Prudential’s Marketing Department seeks to employ a Marketing Manager to oversee the
marketing performance and growth while directing the strategy of client’s marketing. The
successful applicant will be responsible for managing a team of over a dozen marketers that
work in a variety of capacities to support the marketing strategies and deliver marketing services
for clients. Finally, in this position, the right person will set clear marketing goals and report to
the managing partners of the business to together set goals.

Roles and Responsibilities


 Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
 Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
 Generating new business leads.
 Developing and managing the marketing department's budget.
 Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
 Managing the marketing department's staff.
 Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.
 Achieving the yearly target for Banca & MRTA.
 Supporting all segments in the branches as Personal Financial Services, Mortgage,
Business Banking, and Commercial Banking.

Authority and responsibilities


 Approving the regulations relating to the administration, management, and handling of
Prudential
violations against employees within the professional scope.
 Approving financial expenditures for business and marketing activities of the company to
ensure the right purposes, norms, and its jurisdiction.
 Requiring members of the Board of Directors, Head of Department, Head of Department,
and related units to coordinate the implementation of company strategies and policies
approved by the Director; requesting related departments to report periodically and send
reports when required.
 Monitoring the work implementation progress of the departments within their
competence and approving the reports on the performance of the tasks.

Education
 High School diploma.
 Bachelors Degree in Marketing specialization or a related field required.
 Masters of Business Administration, Marketing specialization preferred.
 IELTS 6.0.

Experience
 Min 5+ years of working experience driving growth through digital performance in the
mobile app, product marketing.
 At least 3 years at the supervisory level.
 Experience in business development with financial service companies or the banking
industry will be an advantage.
