COMPANY HISTORY
• Scott Everett is the CTO and co-founder of Eigen
Innovations. He started the company in 2012 as a
university spin-off.
• They started building software control solutions for
manufacturing systems in key markets such as injection
molding, where a variety of sensors are used.
• They found out that one of the issues of doing a quality
measurement in high temperature processes is that the
part has to cool down first, which can take a while. With
a thermal camera, being a non-contact sensor, there's
no need to wait anymore.
• They innovated by creating a real time quality monitor
using FLIR Infrared Cameras to get thermal imaging
as an intelligent feedback sensor for real-time
processes.

Eigen Quality Workbench, a
software product that optimizes
quality control in industrial
manufacturing, a new software
product for their Intellexon®
platform.
