The successful applicant for this job will be joining Saxo Bank’s Operations department in India, which consists of 50
employees and whose overall purpose is to handle processes, systems and work related to clients’ due diligence, platform
configurations, client reporting, clients’ funds bookings, trade processing, regulatory reporting and product lifecycle
management.
Corporate Actions team is part of Back office Operations Department in India, and here we are handling end to end
processing of corporate actions event starting from notifying the clients and till the resolution of cash and stock breaks
on equity, bonds and CFD positions. Our main tasks are notifying the clients and receiving and submitting the elections
from the client to custodian and processing on clients account the relevant payout and cash/stock reconciliation. The
team consists of 16 members located in Denmark and in India.

THE JOB:

• Understanding corporate actions events both voluntary and mandatory and its terms and conditions.
• Notifying the clients regarding the corporate events within the SLA.
• Receiving and submitting the elections from the client to custodian within deadline.
• Correctly processing the CA events within the defined SLA
• Reconciliation of Cash and stock breaks of Stocks and CFD.

YOUR PROFILE:

We are looking for a person with good knowledge of mandatory and voluntary corporate actions.
Hands on experience on managing Voluntary & Mandatory Corporate action consisting of follow activities:
a) CA notification b) CA Elections c) Cleansing & scrubbing of Mandatory CA d) Cash & position reconciliations with
brokers & custodians e)Knowledge of using IDS , DTCC, Bloomberg, Telekurs f) CFD Reconciliation

• Strong and effective communicator, both written and verbal, with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficient computer skills using MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet.
• Ability to work independently, as well as maintain a positive working relationship with the team.
• Perform multiple tasks under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality or accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Flexible to different shift timings
