Details

Course Title Manage Your Stress for Better Health

Course Description This course is part of the Training Department’s ‘Health is Wealth’ suite of wellness courses.

This is a comprehensive course on Stress Management, using a three-tiered approach


comprising proper exercise, nutrition and positive thinking to manage stress. The course
involves field visits and talks by exercise, nutrition and life coaches.

Course Objective This course will enable learners to manage workplace stress by formulating and implementing
a personalized stress management program.

The learners will identify the effects of proper physical exercise, nutrition and positive thinking
on stress management; and use this knowledge to create a unique action plan to manage
stress that will fit in with their current life style.

Target Audience Senior Sales Executives from the Retail Department who have a clear motive in attending this
course. They have developed stress related health issues and want to get on back on track
with their health

Course Type This is a workshop style, in-person course that requires full attendance.

Duration A series of 6 full-day workshops per week, each comprising 7 hours. They will be held on the
weekend.
Venue To be held in the first-floor training room of the company’s training retreat near the beach

Modules and Units The course is divided into three Modules and each module consists of two Units

Cost The cost of this program will be allocated to the training budget of each participants respective
department

Module 1: Unit 1: Introduction to Stress Management
