OBSERVATION
-The quality of cover blocks/spacers are checked if complying N/A We observed concrete covers comply
with the codes requirements with specifications, additionally we
observed that number of installed

missing concrete covers.

4.3 Formwork
9. Formworks are made with the basic materials such as plywood and timbers. Ties and anchorage are
maintained by tie rods and studs. This is a time consuming situation and the concrete finishing quality
is affected adversely. The workmanship at formworks is poor and not comply with the specification and
code requirements.
