1.) Based on your analysis and observation in your area, what start-up business will you establish? Why?

- I would like to start up my own laundry shop, in our place there is only one laundry shop that is getting
all of the customers and from what I see they earn a lot of income.

2.) 2Where will be the location of your proposed individual business?

- The location will be at Cvc Building, Elvinda

3.) 3What form of business organization will it be? Write at least 3 advantages and 3 disadvantages.

-It will be a sole proprietorship.

Advantages:
- I’m my own boss
- I will earn all the income
- I follow my own decisions

Disadvantages:
-Liabilities are all mine too.
- I will pay all the expenses
-No other opinions with decision.

4.) How much initial investment will you be needing? Where will it come from?

-I will be needing 500,000 PHP and it will come from loaning from a bank.

5.) Using the 7 Marketing Mix, what marketing strategies will you be using?

-i will be using mostly promotional items, such as membership cards, fliers, tarpaulins, and sign boards to
get the attention of potential customers.

- I will implement respectfulness in the business. Being respectful is important in a business.

- The Washing Machine represents the Laundry Service, The clouds represents the satisfaction
the customers will get, the glimmer represents the cleanliness our service provides, the blue and
white colors represents how dignified and respectful our employees are.
