    The Central Florida Interagency Council meeting was called to order at 9:00 AM with 26 people in attendance. Joanie Shalls from SCPS opened the meeting and introduced the members. The minutes from the previous meeting were then approved. Two presentations followed, one from a juvenile intervention officer about a human trafficking task force and one from an OCPS parent liaison about services for Exceptional Student Education parents. Several agency updates were provided including an upcoming VISIONS conference, SCPS transition showcase, and a new ASD Achievement Center space. The next meeting will be on March 25th and future meetings and contact information can be found on the council's website and Facebook page.

    January 28, 2021  MEETING MINUTES] 
     

    Meeting called to order promptly at 9:00 AM  26 in attendance 
    Joanie Shalls with SCPS  opened the meeting   Joanie Introduced herself and the members made 
    introductions.  
    Approval of Minutes   Joanie Shalls approved; Danielle Uddin seconded 
    the motion. 
    Presentations  ● Traci  Mayfield  is  a  Juvenile  Intervention 
    Officer  with  Seminole  County  Sheriff's 
    Office  working  with  troubled  youth.  She   
    shared  information  about  the  human 
    trafficking task force. She can  reached  via

    ● Jill Morrison is the parent liaison for the ESE 
    Parent  Support  Program  with  Orange 
    County  Public  Schools.  She  shared 
    information  about  the  ESE  Parent  Support 
    Program and the services they provide. She 
    can  be  reached  at  Jill.Morrison@ocps.net

    Agency updates  ● DCDT  is  hosting  their  VISIONS  Conference 


    April 12th ‐14th. 
    ● SCPS  Transition  Showcase  will  be  held 
    March 1st ‐5th.  
    ● ASD  Achievement  Center  has  moved  into 
    their new space.  
    ● FND  has a new support group:
