1. Due to the demand oY quality learning resources to support curriculum delivery, this office
reiterates the utilization of the official website of DepEd in accessing quality learning resources
which is the lrmds.deped.gov.ph
2. Hence, all teachers are advised to register online in the LRMDS portal to access varied quality
learning resources and use this facility as an avenue to share localized and indigenized materials
through online distribution.
3. Teachers who are not yet registered or encountered difficulty in the registration process shall
refer to the attached guidelines on how to get their LR account. Schools without internet
connection may access at any internet cafe nearest you and stored the downloaded materials in
your flash drive or DVD to be printed out in your school.
4. Public Schools District Supervisors/Acting PSDSs and principals are advised to register as well
and provide technical assistance to all teachers on how to increase the number of available
quality learning resources in the classroom to address poor performance.
5. Districts are directed to submit to this office the collated REVISED LRMDS M&E Form to be
accomplished by both elementary and secondary schools on or before April 24, 2017. (Please see
attached template)

PROCEDURES ON HOW TO ACCESS THE LRMDS PORTAL
Note: ALL OEPED Personnel are required to use their Deped Email Account in registering the
LRMDS Portal
How to get a Deped Email Account
1. Open your browser and type Irmds.deped.gov.ph in the address bar
2. Click the button Register on the upper right portion of the main menu.
3. Go directly at the bottom of the page and click here.
4. Click the button "I don’t have (or I forgot)my Deped Email".
5. Fill up all necessary data and click the button "Get My Deped Email Account"
6. Two possible results after clicking Get My Deped Email Account:
a. "Wait from your Verification Officer" which means that you have more than one application of
your Deped Email Account. Then check your personal email for further instruction or you
may ask assistance from your school ICT coordinator.
b. Temporary Password will be given to access your Deped Email Account. (Note: Temporary
password must be changed to permanent password)
