The Leadership Tiers 10% Matching Bonus!

To qualify for the 10% Matching Leadership Bonus, you must be a Gold FM or
higher in the leadership tiers. You will get a Matching Bonus on every personal first It All Starts Here!
generation Silver FM (SFM) in your Family and every other SFM in your Family that is
on your Leadership Tier and below. Gold FM (GFM)
How It Works…
• Become an Eternity
Once you go Gold, when any SFM in your Family earns a Genesis Bonus, GB Override
Ancestor Member (EM)
or commission, you will earn a 10% Matching Bonus! So for example, if you have 100
SFMs that earned a $200 Genesis Bonus, then you would earn a $2,000 MATCHING • Have twenty-five (25)
BONUS that month. (Ex: 100 x $200 = $20,000 x 10% = $2,000) Active personal customers
Then add in the different generational bonuses, overrides and commissions and that • Have six (6) personally
10% will multiply exponentially. The Matching Bonus is not only on your personals, adopted Silver FMs (SFM)
but on the Total Monthly Income of every SFM in your Family who earns Daily
• Have twenty-four (24)
Genesis Bonuses and overrides, Weekly One-Time and Monthly Residual commissions.
SFMs in your Family
And it doesn’t stop there! Because when you go Rhodium and personally Adopt
someone else that goes Rhodium (Bob), you will still get a 10% Matching bonus on
Bob’s Total Monthly Income as a Rhodium FM (RFM). And Bob will earn 10% of the +$50
Monthly Income of all FMs in his Family from Silver all the way up to Rhodium!

The Magic of Compression…

And the Matching Bonus has a new Compression component also. If someone in
Gold
your Family is on a higher tier than you are, and you DO NOT qualify for a Matching GFM
Bonus, then the Matching Bonus will be paid to your nearest Qualifying ancestor.
The Matching Bonus will only go to any Leader who is at or above the leadership tier
the Matching Bonus was triggered on. For example, if someone is a Platinum in your
Family and you are a Gold, then the person that gets the Matching Bonus on that
Platinum will be the nearest qualified Platinum or above in your Ancestry. You as a Unlimited
Gold will only be entitled to receive Matching Bonuses from the Gold and Silver FMs Generations
below you. But as you progress through the 4 tiers, your access to the Matching
Bonuses generated by the FMs on tiers equal to yours and below you will be $50
unlocked automatically and paid to you as well.

Matching Bonuses are paid Monthly on the last calendar day of each month. So for
example, if the month that you go Gold is April, you will be paid a 10% Matching
Bonus on every SFM in your Family that earned a bonus and/or commission in May.
This Bonus will be paid to you on June 30th.
So there you have it. Now Go for the Gold and really take your income to an entirely
different level!
