GENERAL INFORMATION

Weeks run from Tuesday 12:01am PST to Monday 11:59pm PST

Weekly commissions are paid 3 Friday’s a er the quali ca on period is completed.

Monthly commissions are paid at the end of the week in the middle of the following month (date varies due to
weekends).

To de ne rank, the system checks current month rank and last month’s rank and takes the higher of the two
months (two month lookback).

Visionary Builder kit cost is $19.99 per month to be ac ve.

TREE USED

Company uses three trees, an enroller tree, a binary tree (placement), and a three leg unilevel tree
(placement).

Enrollment Tree: The enrollment tree is those who personally enrolled a Visionary Builder or customer.
The Fast Start Bonus and the Matching Bonus pay on the enrollment tree. In the enrollment tree,
customers are placed on level one.

The Binary Tree: The binary tree places Visionary Builders and customers in two legs. The Binary Bonus
pays on the binary tree (2 downline placed).

Unilevel Tree: The unilevel tree allows placement of customers and Visionary Builders. The unilevel looks
at the highest leg, second highest leg and then all the rest of the legs into leg three. The unilevel pays on
the unilevel tree which allows placement.

Binary The binary tree is based on a right leg and le leg. You may place Visionary
Builders that you enroll in any open node in your tree. Other Visionary Builders
may place Visionary Builders (spillover) into your binary tree. Your downline will
also enroll Visionary Builders in your binary tree. In the binary, you earn based
on the accumula on of 300 one side and 150 on the other commissionable
volume matched volume.

 Customer C A customer buys a product at the same price as a Visionary Builder. A
person is considered a customer un l they buy the Visionary Builder Kit.
A customer can earn fast start points if they have purchased a virtual or
product package. A customer can use their points to purchase
subscrip ons or products.
Dynamic A method of compression that traverses up the enroller tree skipping

bonus payout un l all available bonus levels are paid or the top of the

Enroller Tree The enroller tree consists of Visionary Builders and customers that you
have personally sponsored.

Paid Rank The rank that a member quali es for during the current monthly period
or last month period whichever is higher.
Personal Retail PSRV A speci ed number (2, 3, or 4) customer packs with 100QV+ each with any
Sales Volume combina on of personal purchase or personal retail sales volume for the
remaining 100QV. This changes by rank.
Qualifying QV Each pack or product has qualifying volume used to qualify for ranks.
Volume
Rollover Binary payout is paid on 300CV on one leg and 150CV on the other leg
(le or right). Once matched volume is paid on, the paid on volume
ushes on both legs. Any extra volume that is not paid on in the binary
rolls over to the next week. You must have for personal 100 CV in the last
month to have volume roll over each week. You must have 1 personally
sponsored right and le at 100 QV each month or volume reduces by
50% in month 1 and then goes to 0 at month 2.
Spillover Visionary Builders placed in your binary tree or unilevel tree by your
upline are considered spillover.

Quali ca on: This bonus is based on your unilevel rank. This checks the current month and last

Payout: The bonus pays 50% on rst level and 10% to 50% on second level based on rank and
level.
