Teleperformance Athens

Cisco VPN guide for iMacs.

• Once you are connected with Athens VPN (see previous guide for
instructions) you will see a new App in Teleperformance Self Service(TSS)
with name “ Cisco anyConnect AHA “

• Please install this App. Once installed,you will get a prom window

Note that if it’s not already filled like above you type : vpn.teleperformance.gr

• Please now disconnect from the VPN Athens.

• Press connect, and you will get the bellow window with a dropdown
menu
Please choose CLIENTX if you are a Care Agent , or CLIENTX_OS if you are a
RCC(aos) Agent .

• For username use the CCMS account, example: user.6 ( not the one with
vpn.user.6 previous provided )
And the password for this account.
Then press OK.

• With a brief delay the App will finish the connection through VPN.
Once done, on the top right of the iMac you will have the bellow icon

• Now you have the Teleperformance Network same as the one inside the
production area.
 • As additional information please note that incase of troubleshoot we
might need you to go on the above drop down menu on the top right of
the iMac and press “Show Statistics Window “ .

• Finally note that you will have the App, inside the Applications folder in
Finder
