filter and engine for penetrating dust. elbows indicates false air intake that is bypass-
ing the filter. In engines with oil bath air filter a

3 Check pistons and sliding cylinder surfaces Checking contact surfaces of piston skirts and
regarding wear (damage caused by dust). cylinder burnishing, being able to identify if dam-
age was caused by dust.
