4 Disconnect the cooling system hoses (1) from

the compensation reservoir (2).

5 Remove the air filter (6).

6 Remove the radiator together with the after AR20.20-B-3865D

cooler.

7 Loosen the hydraulic pump inlet (14) and n BA46.30-B-1002-01C

outlet (15) linings.

8 Unfasten the oil pressure whip (13).

9 Disconnect the wires (8) of starter motor (9).

10 Loosen the air compressor flexible lining (3)

and outlet lining (12).

11 Disconnect the exhaust brake pneumatic

lining (11).

12 Unfasten the bolts (10) and remove the n BA14.10-B-1007-01B

exhaust lining.

13 Disconnect the ground cables of alternator

(17) from longitudinal girders and electric
wires.

14 Disconnect the Top Brake lining (7).

15 Unfasten the fuel return lining (19) to BA07.55-B-1003-01B

reservoir.

16 Unfasten the fuel inlet lining (16). BA07.55-B-1003-01B

17 Loosen the lining (18) of pneumatic cylinder.

18 Remove the oil cooling system from gearbox

behind the front bumper.

19 Remove the front support bolts (20).

20 Loosen the exhaust manifold support at

gearbox.

21 Remove the servo-hydro-pneumatic lining.

22 Disconnect the accelerator terminal.

23 Release the drive bar of the gearbox lever.

24 Disconnect the reverse speed sensor.

25 Disconnect the angular transmission.

26 Unfasten the bolts of Yoke transmission shaft i Mark the position of the flange to
flange. facilitate assemblage.

i For 447 engines (6 cylinders).

27 Remove the gearbox. i For 449 engines.

28 Lift the engine with an adequate device, by k Device to remove and install
the supporting handle; engines.

29 Remove the support of the gearbox at the i For 447 engines ( 6 cylinders ).

30 Remove the engine (21). k Place engine in an adequate rack WE58.40-B-1003-01A
