Be sure that the gearbox is in the neutral AS00.00-B-0005-01A
position. Wear appropriate clothes and
pay attention to the mobile and hot parts
of engine.

i All the self-locking nuts once

removed, must be substituted.

i All plastic clamps cut during removal,

must be replaced at installation.

i All the connection sealing washers

must be replaced during installation.
Check their tightness after assemblage.

1 Remove the bolts (11) which fasten the

crosspiece (13).

2 Remove the coolant hose (16).

3 Remove the inlet hose (14) of water pump.

4 Remove the bolt (9) which fastens the fuel

linings to intake manifold.

5 Remove the lining (2) of pneumatic cylinder at

injector pump.

7 Remove the electric whip (8) of oil sensor.

9 Remove the turbocharger grooved red hose

and the electric whips.

pump suction.

pump outlet.

14 Remove the hose (21) which connects the air n BA46.30-B-1001-01C

filter lining

15 Remove the after cooler grooved hose (20). n BA09.41-B-1001-01C

16 Remove the whip (22) of reverse speed

sensor.

17 Remove the angular transmission (25).

18 Remove the fuel inlet lining (19). BA07.55-B-1003-01B

21 Remove the flange (23) connection from

gearbox lever coupling.

22 Remove the cooling lines (24) of gearbox.

23 Remove the servo-hydro-pneumatic linings

(27) and (28).

24 Disconnect the top-brake linings.

25 Remove the ground cable of starter motor and

the electric whips.

26 Disconnect the accelerator terminals (29).

27 Lift the engine with the adequate device by k Device for the removal and
the supporting handles. installation of engines.

28 Remove the front pad bolts (12).

29 Remove the bolts (30) which fasten the

engine to rear pads.

30 Loosen the exhaust manifold in the flange and i Install: Apply a new sealing
remove the tube and the silencer, and loosen gasket.
