be substituted.
All the plastic clamps cut during the removal
must be replaced during installation.
All the connection sealing washers must be
replaced during installation. Check their tight-
ness after assemblage.

1 Disconnect the negative cable of battery or i Unfasten the longitudinal girder

turn the general switch off. negative cable bolt, avoiding the
unfastening of the battery terminals.

4 Unfasten the pump inlet and outlet hydraulic i Install: Operate engine and check its BA46.30-B-1005-01A
connections (17) tightness.

pressure, when opening the cooling system carefully opening compensation tank
filler cap. turning cap to the first notch. Do not
remove cap, if engine coolant
temperature is above 90oC.

5 Remove the radiator to engine coolant inlet i Install: Check the hoses and if
hose (2). necessary, replace them.

6 Disconnect the temperature sensor electric i Located at the thermostat housing.

7 Unfasten the start up and ignition sensor from

the flywheel housing.

8 Disconnect the relief valve sensor (12).

9 Remove air compressor outlet lining (5a). i Disconnect the lining at the pressure
regulator and loosen the clamp above the
engine right side rear pad.

10 Remove the map sensor (4) connection at the

head cover.

11 Disconnect the electric whip of oil filter i Located at oil filter head.

12 Remove the flexible hose (8) of air filter intake i Install: Check the conditions of the
lining to connecting tube (11). hose and of clamps and if necessary,
replace them.

13 Disconnect the clutch receiving hydraulic i Install: Supply with the specified fluid.

14 Disconnect the temperature sensor (16).

17 Disconnect the electric wires of starter motor.
