1 Open engine hood and raise to vertical position AR88.40-P-1000T

2 Remove engine trim panel AR01.10-P-2405TI

3 Remove air filter housing AR09.10-P-1150TI

4 Remove circulation pump from the bracket

upwards and place to one side
5 Put on engine support bracket AR33.10-P-0100-01T

k Engine supporting shackle *WH58.30-Z-1003-07A

6 Remove bottom sections of soundproofing AR94.30-P-5300T

7 Unscrew bolt (2). n *BA22.10-P-1001-01D

8 Raise engine p When raising the engine, ensure that the

engine does not make contact to the body at the
rear and the coolant lines, hydraulic lines and the
compressor lines are not overtensioned to
prevent damaging the lines.
9 Loosen screws (5). n *BA22.10-P-1004-01D

10 Detach electric line from the O2 sensor at the

right shield (7)
11 Dismount engine mount (3) from left engine
support (9) and right engine support (10)

 12 Remove engine mount (3) with left shield (6) and i Installation: Anti-twist locks (8) at engine
right shield (7) mounts (3) must latch into the retaining grooves
in the left engine support (9) and the right engine
support (10). Anti-twist locks (11) at the right
engine mount (10) and the left engine mount (9)
must sit in the cutouts in the left shield (6) in the
right shield (7).
iObserve environmental protection regulations
for disposing of engine mounts (3). Dispose
engine mounts (3) into mixed scrap.
13 Install in the reverse order
