1. What other needs of teachers can you identify?

Teaching is a noble profession but behind the nobility is a straggling teacher.

One of the big problems of our teachers is the lack of salary. Teachers have the right
to have a fair and adequate salary to motivate and empower teachers to do their job
better. They will continue teaching and giving knowledge to the students and at the
same time they learn something new. teachers are also just a normal human who have
needs and there is a family that needs to be supported we hope we all remember that
no matter how far or high it is we all went through our teachers and once helped us to
achieve what we have now.

2. As future teachers, what do you think is the best way that the government can do to
meet the needs of teachers?

Teaching is the greatest profession of all, teacher is the one who taught us on
how to reading letters, counting numbers, write and think. That’s why government
should propose a salary increase so that it will be more teachers that can be
considered the best in their fields. The government may try to appreciate the value and
importance of the teachers, so that they can look after the students in return. We must
be thankful to the teachers because they made us who we are today, they help us to
grow our minds and expand our knowledge. The Public school teachers or employees
really deserve a salary increased.

3. Do you believe that teachers are treated unfairly compared to other professions?
Why?

I think yes because they do not get enough and proper salary for them. This is
what I see as a reason why many teachers in our country are forced to go abroad to
work because that way they can give their families a better life. And for me it is a
worrying issue because if all our teachers are forced to work abroad we will have a
problem with the lack of number of teachers in our country which will cause our
country's education rate to drop. So it is very important to pay attention to the
grievances and problems of our teachers imagine teacher to handle a hundreds of
students and through the benefits packages and salary increase that they will receive it
will motivate and inspire them to do their job and excel in their work.
