OSMOSIS in potato rectangle

1st step is I prefer the 1st process in the procedure
2nd step:
I cut the potato into three pieces with the length of 5 cm each
one of them has same size after I put the three object of potato
slices in plate with the length of potato doesn’t change it and
that my observation still 5 cm
EGG

This the image of the egg raw egg without the vinegar length of
6 cm before I soak in the vinegar within 24 hours in the
container of full of vinegar
The second image in my base on my observation the soaking
egg in the vinegar within 24h, the size of the egg is increasing
form in to 6cm into 6.6 cm and the colour of the egg it change
also and the appearance, the shell was too soft that you could
even the see the yolk inside of the egg.
After that I taste the egg is like a regular egg but the taste is
lack of cook, in short (AHAT PAGKALUTO)

QUESTIONS
Discuss in detail what you have observed in Part 1: Osmosis in Potato Rectangles.
Answers: 1.) base on my observation in potato osmosis, the length of potato has
new the colour and the thickness doesn’t. the potato in the water still the same
2.) the salt potato is softer and easy to touch inshort is a very soft
3.) sugar potato is has change but is to little is still thickness and got lessen rather
than water in soak potato, but still soft like in the potato soak in salt

(Attach some pictures as evidence.)

2.) Discuss in detail what you have observed in Part 2: Osmosis in Egg. (Attach
some pictures as evidence.)
Answers: my observation in osmosis in the egg has become more than thinner
what it is I saw before. After I soaked 24h, its shell becomes so soft and loopy
Thin that you could see the yolk in the inside. And the size have increasing form
6cm into 6.6cm after that, I boiled the egg in to clean water, but taste is a normal
egg, but the egg the egg kulang sa luto na ahat that is my observation
3. Illustrate through diagram and discuss how osmosis worked
in your experiment.
4. Cite and discuss 3 applications of Osmosis in everyday life.
Answers:
1. Movement of salt-water in animal cell across our cell membrane
2. If you are there in a bath tub or in water for long your finger
gets pruned. Finger skin absorbs water and gets expanded
 3. Plants take water and mineral from roots with the help of
osmosis

5. Discuss what happens when a thirsty person drinks salt

water to quench their thirst.
Answers:
When you drink salt water just to quench your thirsty,
you’re making worse of your situation cause of your
thirsty. Fact for me once the thirsty person drinks salt
water to try to quench their thirst? Salt water is hypertonic,
so the salty water would increase the person's thirst, since
the higher solute concentrations in the water would
draw water out of the person's cells.
