This is and continues to be a strength of Sarah's. Her mentor teacher Helena she models this in all ger dealings within her building. Sarah follows through with requirements placed upon her and her
actions of doing so speaking to her honesty/integrity.

One of the constant notes throughout the evaluation was how Sarh's mentor teacher mentioned how much and how impressed she is with Sarah's advocacy skills. She mentioned how driven and
determined Sarah can be and her role she plays in her building with joining PLCs and making changes in her building for ALL students.
