1 Agreement Signing
● Award of Contract and signing of Consultancy Agreement

2 Data Collection
Acquisition of data from Client including site plan, topographic survey, site coordinates/google earth layout, geo-technical
● investigations report, occupancy and functional requirements like space & no. of users/occupants,parking, security and
any other requirement.
● In-house kick-off meeting with all related specialties

3 Preliminary Design for UNOPS Approval

● Preparation of preliminary layout/plan and architectural drawings along with list of finishes
● Preparation of preliminary structural drawings
Preparation of Concept Design Reports (CDRs) for building services including HVAC, firefighting & related ICT systems,

electrical works and public health
● Submission of preliminary drawings and CDRs to UNOPS for approval
● Comments/approval from UNOPS Refer note No.2
● Incorporating review comments of UNOPS by NESPAK

4 Detailed Architectural & Engineering Design

● Preparation of detailed architectural interior/exterior design drawings
Preparation of detailed layout/plan and drawings of internal roads, pavements, parking areas, walkways, hard and soft

landscaping and emergency assembly area
● Preparation of detailed structural drawings
● Preparation of detailed design/drawings of HVAC, firefighting and related ICT systems
● Preparation of detailed external/internal electrification design/drawings
● Preparation of detailed design/drawings of water supply, sewarage and storm water drainage systems
● Preparation of bills of quantities
● Preparation of technical specifications
● Submission of detailed design drawings/BOQs/technical specifications to UNOPS for approval Refer note No.2
● Incorporating review comments from UNOPS design review team
● Preparation of Design Reports along with final drawings and submission to UNOPS

5 Construction/Execution By UNOPS

1 The above work plan is preliminary. Detailed work plan and work schedule, if required, shall be developed on MS Project once effective date of commencement of services is finalized after the award of Consultancy Contract.
2 Time taken for approvals/permissions/NOCs by the Client/relevant authorities is not a part of the given work plan.
3 Since above work plan is preliminary, any change/delay in future not attributable to Consultant shall have an impact on the above indicated timelines of project
