Post-High School Objective 
My post high school objective is to go to a community college to complete my 
general education requirements. I plan to go to Mount San Jacinto Community 
college or another similar college near home. After I complete my general 
education requirements I plan to transfer to a four year college where I will 
major in forestry. I want to gain a forestry degree because I plan to become a 
forest ranger. I plan to be a forest ranger at one of our major national parks 
such as Yosemtie or Yellowstone. This is because I have had a passion for the 
outdoors and like camping and hiking. I believe that my outdoor experience will 
transfer over to this job.  

SKILLS 
Problem-solving: Throughout my many AP classes and my scouting experience I have 
learned to be able to problem solve and problem solve on the spot. I believe my 
problem solving skills are great as I have learned to work with what I am given 
and more importantly learn from my mistakes. 

Verbal Communication: My communication skills are strong and dynamic. This is 
due to me being used to talking in front of large audiences due to the many 
leadership positions I have held throughout my scouting career. 

Written communication: Through the many Ap English classes I have taken, I have 
become a great communicator when it comes to Written communication. The Ap 
classes have pushed me to become an effective writer through the different 
prompts and tasks I have been given. 

Leadership: As an eagle scout I have directed my eagle scout project, a large 

community service project. I was the main person in charge and had to organize 
the work days and ensure my workers stayed on task. Through leading I have also 
developed better communication skills because in order to ensure that my 
volunteers and helpers understand the task I have learned to clearly communicate 
the objectives. 

Time management: Throughout my eagle scout project I have had to manage my time 
properly to ensure the project got done efficiently. I had to manage time for 
the days the project was worked on and ensure that my volunteers worked timely. 
This has helped me to be able to manage my time effectively in order to achieve 
the goals and deadlines I have set aside.

The High school I attend is Great Oak High School, Temecula, California. I will 
receive my high school diploma in 2021. Last semester I had a 4.5 term GPA.

An extracurricular activity that I participated in throughout my educational 

career was Scouting. I have achieved the highest rank possible which is the rank 
of eagle scout. As an eagle scout, there are certain principles that I hold 
myself to. In order to achieve this rank, I have effectively led a large scale 
community service project that I organized and led. The date I received this 
award was March 3rd 2021. By obtaining this rank, it has helped me to build many 
life skills such as leadership, time management, and communication.
