Personal Summary
I started my culinary art studies at COTHM where I gain detail theoretical knowledge and my
areas of concerns was HACCP, Food Hygiene, Personal Hygiene, Food handling and CCP
after completing my studies at COTHEM, I started training at Salt and Pepper where I became
a highly motivated and capable professional cook with a real passion for preparing popular,
healthy and nutritious meals. After completing my training at Salt and Pepper I join YUMS
Restaurant where I learn to prepare Continental cuisine meanwhile I got membership of Chef
Association of Pakistan(CAP).I also got One Year Advance Diploma in Culinary Arts from
Pearl continental hotel in which I work different kitchen like Marco Pollo,Bukhara,Buther
Department, Cold Kitchen and Pakistani Kitchen. I have a hands on approach to all areas of
the kitchen and possessing excellent kitchen skills. A quick learner who can effortlessly fit into
an existing established environment, and also encourage junior staff to achieve their best when
preparing meals.
