UNIT II TASK 1

In consideration of the current pandemic situation and to avoid possible accidents, actual
outdoor activities for the purpose of classwork compliance is discouraged.

Thus, Unit II TASK 1 Objective is for you to present past outdoor activities in mountain
setting.
1. You may present an Adventure Journey E-scrap Book or a Video ( Vlog) of any of
your past outdoor activities: trekking, mountain climbing, wall climbing, rock
climbing, caving, mountain biking, plogging, backpacking, etc.

2. Follow the following formats

a. a.1. for e-scrapbook
• Have a cover design with title and author (Name and Section)
• Front Page Introduction to the adventure you’ll be featuring
• Table of Contents
• E- Scrap book content (your style)
• Feature acquired injuries met such as bruises, cuts, scrapes due to some
minor accidents while on the outdoor activities, include incidents or
insect bites and the first aid remedies done
• If there were no injuries incurred, feature the first aid kit brought with
you at that time
• Last part of the e scrapbook are reflections, realizations and
recommendations
b.2. for Vlog
