Number of standard working hours each day is 8.

Select Employee Name from Drop Down List ONLY (Do not enter name manually)
Column B,C,D,E will auto populate based on Employee name selected. (Do not enter manually)

Rules to selection of Partner and Manager details from Drop down menu:

- For chargeable projects - Enter the name of respective project partner and manager from the drop
down menu
- For non Chargeable project fill the name of your reporting Partner (same as column "E" which is auto
populated)
Enter Sub Category (If Non Chargeable) from Drop Down List only
-For Non Chargeable projects-
i) If the Sub Category is selected as Business Development, provide BD Client name in next column
mandatorily

Rules to selection of Client name and Engagement Type details from Drop down menu:

- For chargeable projects -

i) Select the Sub Category as NotApplicable.(Mandatory)
iI) Select the Name of respective client from the drop down menu(Drop down menu will be enabled
only if you select the Sub Category as "NotApplicable").
iii) If the Client Name is selected as "Others", Remarks column will be enabled for you to enter the
details.
- For non Chargeable project Client Name will be blank and Engagement Type must be Not Applicable
Public Holiday, Weekly Off will be 0hrs
Mention number of hours for approved leaves also such as 8 Hours for a full day leave or 4 hours for a
half day leave. Please do not mention 0 hours for leaves.
(Some people have mentioned 0 hours. Please keep this in check)

Wherever the drop down is available, pick information from Down options only. The information is
as per databases and selection from drop down helps us populate reports accurately and fast
