X. Rationale of the Project
According to Sir William Curtis, there are three "R"s (as in letter R) which are
three fundamental skills learned in schools: reading, writing and arithmetic (usually
referred to as "reading, writing, and 'rithmetic"). It seems like the term was invented at the
turn of the 19th century. These fundamental skills we often used every year since they
study. When the time goes by there are 3R’s recommended for the students and these
are Relationships, Repetition, and Routines. These new recommended it focus how
children rather than what they learn.
In Relationships, nurturing and receptive partnerships are the cornerstone of
brain growth and early learning. Since in their infancy, they have thousands of
experiences every day with their family members and other people throughout their lives,
such as early childhood and care professionals. Toddlers and preschoolers also already
have a lot of interactions with other kids. In repetition, since in childhood they are learning
from repeated chances to learn. For Grade 7 students, frequent learning experiences
within daily activities tend to create brain links that advance growth and learning. And in
routines, Relationships and repetitions can take place in the sense of daily routines and
events. The routines are predictable and sometimes take several actions. Activities can
take place within a routine (e.g., playing a game) or they can stand alone (e.g., painting
at an easel with a friend). Everyday routines and events offer students with opportunity to
practice skills or learn new skills when and when they are relevant and useful. Since I
decided to involve this new recommended 3R’s to be nurture and develop their
personalities and have lot of experience with fellow learner.
Until now we experiencing this pandemic some children cannot approach the
new normal way of teaching. Since this pandemic occur, I think it’s about time to give
practical effect to the children of Barangay Pallocan West and ensure that they enhance
their cognitive skills, writing skills and solving a problem and develop a socialization to
reduce their awkwardness when they socializing to other persons and to gain lot
experiences. This project will allow all participants to exchange and educate students a
fundamental information that will serve as one of their achievements. It will give
happiness, interaction, relationship, deep understanding and facts.
XI. Objectives
⚫ To enlighten the children about 6R’s and what are the differences.
⚫ To engage the children in activities within a routine
⚫ To give opportunity to practice skills or learn new skills that they will apply it
future
⚫ To enhance their social skills
⚫ To nurture and develop their personalities and have a deep understanding
about moral right conduct

XII. Description of the Project, Strategies and Methods / Plan of Action

The project “6R’s Learning Squad (Reading, wRiting, aRithmetic, Repitition,
Relationship, Routines for the Children for their better future)” aims to boost the skills of
these children in Barangay Pallocan West, Batangas City in terms of reading, counting,
and writing. Another goal of this project is to give the Grade 7 students a deep
understanding and realize how important socializing to their lives. It is one of the
cornerstones for them to be prepare for this new modern normal learning system and to
be aspired to face the world.
The lessons and activities were programmed by the community will somehow
take children to the world of WORDS, TALES and NUMBERS that will also help to
develop their skills.
We, the NSTP-LTS students, will supply the materials and equipment needed for
this program. Materials would be a great aid in the greater understanding and execution
of this initiative. In order to make this project feasible, we are going through these
processes:
1. Information Planning
In this process, I ask some my fellow community any suggestions
regarding to this project. It's the most important move, because I going to
decide what I going to do to accomplish our desired outcome. After all the
evidence and knowledge have been compiled, come up with the idea and the
name “6R’s Learning Squad (Reading, wRiting, aRithmetic, Repitition,
Relationship, Routines for the Children for their better future)”. Since all the
evidence and knowledge have been compiled, come up with the idea and the
operation called. We're making this decision because the culture is open to
our party.
2. Organizing
When all the data and suggestions were issued, we went to the next level of
preparation. From the very beginning, the community arranged items like
assigning tasks before and after the program. Since this project has only one
member and myself has the responsibility of executing tasks. In this step, the
organization, by assigning each of the operations means that there would be
a proper flow and coordinated arrangement of all the things and individuals
engaged in this activity.
3. Communication and Coordination
Communication is a must for the deeper understanding of all problems
relevant to this mission. The communication and collaboration with the
representatives and faculty, as well as the permission of the barangay captain
and the consent of the parents of the participants, are also part of this. With these,
the project would be simple to carry out in Barangay Pallocan West, Batangas
City.

Financial Plan
The funding to be included in the project has been rendered strategically by the
proponents in order to sustain it and to be able to carry out the execution of the project.
The collection methods used in the production of resources and investment were studied
in detail by the community in order to prevent wasting time, initiative and money-all of
which are special components for the execution of the said programme. In order to
provide a start-up budget, the promoters would donate to nutritional and basic needs.
This contribution will be used to procure all the supplies and food required for this
