Functions of Org charts members

Organizational chart - We outlined our organizational chart this way to ensure that the organization
roles and responsibilities are well defined so every department and division fits together as a whole.
Employees that understand their roles in a business organization are more likely to perform their jobs
well and feel secure in what they’re doing. We make this organizational charts available to everyone
in the firm to have a clear picture.
*The president who is in the highest position within an organization who leads, guides, directs,
evaluates company's day to day operation and implements the organization’s vision, mission and
overall direction.
*Along with it the Secretary who executes and maintains all required official corporate filings,
documents, reports and records according to applicable laws and regulations.
*The legal department head, general manager and chief financial officer are all under the President
who takes care of legal preceedings, overseeing management activities and take care of financial
matters respectively.
*Under the General managers were the Production department head who coordinates with product
workflow, quality assurance control, maintenance, logistics, and determining manpower, equipment
and raw materials needed to cover production demand. The technical department head concerns in
identifying hardware, software solutions, product design, troubleshooting technical issues and for
research and development. In marketing department head The marketing department head is
responsible for growing revenue, increasing market share and contributing to company growth and
profitability. The customer service head leads frontline support and service teams by ensuring both
their employees and their customers are in the best position to succeed, along with information head,
custom management and engineering department head. Lastly, under the general manager is the
human resource department head that provides labor law compliance, record keeping, hiring and
training, compensation, relational assistance and help with handling specific performance issues.
*Under the Chief Financial Officer are controller who manage the accumulation and consolidation of
all financial data and the treasurer who manage to be a custodian of company's money. Under the
controller is the accountant while cashier are in the bottom of treasurer.
